Courtyard By Marriott Monroe Airport Hotel

I was taken aback by the locked balcony door-what's the point of paying for a room with a balcony? And the absence of a microwave was almost criminal. For the price, i expected at least some semblance of comfort. A complimentary upgrade for the inconvenience would've been nice, but i guess i'm not as special as i thought.

He location was great for shopping.

We greatly enjoyed the place and its fine breakfast.

I had reserved a room with a balcony. When I got to room it didn't have one. I called desk and was switched to a balcony room but it was still annoying it happened.

My check-in experience was disappointing, as the receptionist barely acknowledged me. Not receiving my Marriott Bonvoy points without inquiring was frustrating.

The hotel was very clean. It was close to the ULM campus.

I had to go downstairs to ask for shampoo, the bed was hard and I did not sleep comfortably. I booked a room with a balcony but did not receive it.

Decent setting, outstandingly accommodating and consistently courteous staff.

friendly check-in, late check-out. neat and bright room with private bathroom and central heating, pay television, tea and coffee making facilities. fine breakfast, a huge variety of food and beverages.

Just a great fit for a mini-vacation in Monroe with good price-value balance. The bed and linens were really nice, made for a comfortable stay. Make sure to check the irons carefully before using them.

Beds were so comfortable. Our grandson loved the heated pool & breakfast food.

I didn't like the price charged to my credit card because it wasn't the price promised to me on this website. Check in was late, and the housekeeper was knocking on my door at 9am when I clearly had a do not disturb sign on the door, and check out was suppose to be at noon.

The Courtyard in Monroe has a lot of great features. The proximity to Monroe Regional Airport made travel super easy. I loved the large TV and comfortable bed in my room. The bathroom was well-maintained, and the WiFi connection worked perfectly without interruptions. It was hard to find someone to address questions regarding amenities. The bistro was alright, but a limited menu made it hard to find diverse meal options. I also noticed inconsistency in housekeeping, as my room felt clean, but I heard complaints about other rooms not meeting that standard. The absence of a complimentary breakfast was disappointing as well.

The staff were cute. The location is ideal, just minutes from the airport with various dining options nearby. The spacious room was clean and provided ample storage.

A complimentary breakfast would be nice.

We enjoyed a comfortable stay with friendly staff, who helped us find nearby dining options. Kids had a blast at the partner hotel's pool, while we appreciated the clean linens and efficient check-in. A good choice for families looking for convenience and space.
